This one hour fitness class designed by Mrs. Hill incorporates strength training,
kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching. Worked in a circuit to music, this class enables a fast pace to
be maintained for weight loss, endurance and heart health, while also using multiple mediums and methods
to increase joint support and stability. This is a class that adults and teens of any fitness level can
enjoy to become functionally stronger, healthier and more confident in a fun and social atmosphere.
Classes offered:
Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 8:45 to 9:45am
Saturdays 8:15 to 9:15am.
